Daniel has a diverse background of experiences in the facilities management (FM) industry. He can date his FM career as far back as 10 years old, working on the custodial team that cleaned the office building that his father owned. Over the years, new and varied opportunities demonstrated a progression of expertise in technical delivery and customer/client satisfaction. As a member of Sodexo Service Operations (North America), his primary focus is Operational Excellence and Brand Improvement for the Integrated Facilities Management service models. Daniel is currently a member of the IFMA and holds the highest certification, Certified Facility Manager (CFM), as well as the designation of Facilities Management Professional (FMP). He has participated in Sodexo’s Emerging Leaders and Impact Mentoring programs. Plus, being an avid BYU fan he has many late Saturday nights watching the Cougars play each Fall.
