No shock to BYU that GSL Electric donates big to amp up lab learning
One of the goals of the BYU Construction Management Program is to prepare our students for industry jobs by pairing high-quality education with an informative, hands-on experience. Although this semester is unprecedented, we will continue to strive to achieve this goal. The effects of COVID-19 on BYU has caused the program to determine new methods and solutions to provide students with the best quality education and resources. Luckily, we have not been alone in this endeavor. To help our efforts towards social distancing and sanitation, Luke Peterson, a CM graduate and project manager for GSL Electric, coordinated the generous donation of toolboxes and electrical supplies for each station in our lab. GSL Electric and Luke Peterson’s invaluable support of our labs will allow us to continue class instruction in a COVID conscious manner. We are grateful for their investment in the education of future leaders in the construction management industry.
